Trinity Center | Walnut Creek

Trinity Center has moved HOME!

In May of 2020, Trinity Center moved HOME to 1888 Trinity Avenue in Walnut Creek, California.  This is the place where Trinity Center began, in 2012 as a humble volunteer program that served meals and provided hope to those in need.

Trinity Center led the way in Contra Costa County through a significant organizational transition, with the construction of a new joint affordable housing a headquarters facility called St. Paul’s Commons.  In partnership with the City of Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, and Resources for Community Development, 44 affordable housing units opened in early 2020.  Trinity Center operates on the ground floor of the building and member advocates provide ongoing case management to some of the population.

Housing First!

Meet Leslie – she’s been un-housed for over a decade.  Leslie is employed full time and learned about the opportunity for housing at St. Paul’s Commons.  With help from our Member Advocates and her hopeful attitude, Leslie successfully navigated the months long process.  “I am finally inside, in a space of my own!” Leslie exclaims.

Below, share in the life changing moments when Leslie gets the keys to a home of her own.
