In May of 2020, Trinity Center moved HOME to 1888 Trinity Avenue in Walnut Creek, California

This is the place where Trinity Center began, in 2012 as a humble volunteer program that served meals and provided hope to those in need.  Trinity Center led the way in Contra Costa County through a significant organizational transition, with the construction of a new joint affordable housing a headquarters facility called St. Paul’s Commons.  In partnership with the City of Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, and Resources for Community Development, 44 affordable housing units opened in early 2020.  Trinity Center operates on the ground floor of the building and member advocates provide ongoing case management to some of the population.
